Currently on the Hualapai Indian Reservation, in cooperation and coordination with the U.S. Geological Survey, monitor and maintain three stream gauge stations placed in major watersheds that contribute water to the Colorado River; 1. Diamond Creek, 2.Spencer Canyon, 3.Truxton Wash. On the Colorado River above Diamond Creek a station is located to collect suspended –sediment samples on the Colorado River.

Every quarter a report on the three stream gauge stations is generated by U.S. Geological Survey and submitted to the Hualapai Tribe and every five years a 305 (b) report is generated and submitted. Daily real time data can be accessed on the internet
