4-H participants enjoy raising a market animal for their project such as a steer, lamb, swine or small animals like rabbits and chickens.  The Hualapai 4-H Clubs help young people and their families develop citizenship by contributing to the world around them. Participants build understanding of agricultureís benefits and effects on community.

4-H participation

Hualapai 4-H Clubs are parent administered clubs. The Agriculture Programís goal for the Clubs has been to educate and to allow parents to manage their own 4-H Clubs, this includes making their own decisions, and helping support from the Agriculture Program.
